The estate, the group and the infinity in our emblem were born from him, symbolising a legacy of patience, craftsmanship, family and love without end. The golden memorial flame is our promise that what he began will never fade.

The Group
Korien Aureate Private Limited (KAPL) is a hospitality-led private limited company incorporated under a clean MCA record, with eight business objects under a single CIN. Hospitality leads Year One; every other vertical is deliberate, forward-looking optionality.
KAPL was founded on a simple conviction: that central India deserves institutions built for generations, not seasons. The group's first act is PeeCeeGrandson — an 18-acre destination estate in Jabalpur where the ceremony of an Indian wedding meets the quiet confidence of a European estate.
Behind the estate stands a disciplined corporate architecture — a single legal entity, MCA-verified, with an authorised capital of ₹10 crore and a governance-first posture. Founder-side businesses, including a fully-taxed Section 44AD dairy trade, remain cleanly outside the CIN — a separation kept deliberate and documented.
The name says it plainly. Aureate — gilded, refined, made to last. And the loop of design never closes: each vertical feeds the next, each build informs the one after.

Every vertical below is written into the company's Memorandum of Association. Hospitality is operational-first; the rest are staged deliberately — activated only when the foundation can carry them.
The heart of KAPL. Destination hotels and estates designed as legacy addresses — beginning with PeeCeeGrandson: 120 room keys, 30 boutique villas, a members club, and a seven-star wellness campus in Jabalpur.
Weddings, live shows, conclaves and celebrations at scale — 3-lakh-plus sq ft of live show space, a 10,000 sq ft banquet hall, an amphitheatre under a ribbed dome, and lawns for 200 to 1,500 guests.
Land assembly, premium plotted development and estate-grade construction across Madhya Pradesh — approached only through registered valuations and arm's-length structures, with exploration slated from FY 2028-29.
A future company-side dairy and agri-produce vertical — a closed-loop, zero-discharge integrated farm with solar-roofed cattle sheds, biogas, fodder fields and water recycling — informed by the founder family's proven ₹1.9 Cr-turnover dairy trade, which remains founder-side and outside the CIN by design.
Academies, tournaments and athlete-facing facilities that grow naturally from the estate's five-acre wellness campus — courts, tracks and training programmes designed to serve the region's next generation.
The design, technology and software studio of the group — guest platforms, booking and operations software, staff portals and on-device intelligence, built in-house first for KAPL's own properties, and productised later.
A landscape and horticulture nursery born from the estate's own gardens — palms, roses, succulents, flowering shrubs and indoor greens raised on-site, supplying PeeCeeGrandson's landscapes first and homes, resorts and developers across Madhya Pradesh next.
Pure dairy from the zero-discharge Kovi Agro farm turned into everyday goodness — fresh milk, ghee, paneer, dahi, butter, khoya and traditional Indian sweets — served first at the estate's kitchens and clubhouse, then retailed under the PeeCeeGrandson name.
